The difference is who arranges and holds the cover, and which suits your situation. Individual route

When an Individual Quote Fits

• You are covering one employee, or an employee and their family.
• The employee is buying the cover themselves, or wants to hold their own policy.
• The person wants cover tailored to them.
• There is no company arrangement in place, or none is needed.

In that case, a personalised individual quote is the simpler route.
