What the call is — and isn't

We know a quick, honest conversation beats a 40-page brochure every time.

What we will do

Ask a few questions about age, location, visa status, family size and cover needs. Explain the Sanitas plans that genuinely fit. Give a real price (not a "from" teaser). Answer anything you want to throw at us.

What we will send after

A written quote with the plan name, monthly price, what's covered, what isn't, copayment details, waiting periods, and any current promotions. In plain English, not insurance-speak.

What we won't do

We won't read a script. We won't upsell you into a plan you don't need. We won't ring you repeatedly — one callback, one follow-up email, and then it's in your court.

What you don't need

Your NIE. Proof of address. A passport scan. Medical records. We can quote and advise on all of that before you share a single document. Formal application comes later, only if you choose to proceed.

Our phone lines are staffed Monday to Friday. WhatsApp and email get answered round the clock — we prioritise anything that looks time-sensitive (visa deadlines, medical emergencies, renewals).

How quickly will I get called back?

In office hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 CET) we aim to call as soon as an advisor is free. Outside those hours, you'll get a call the next working morning — or sooner by WhatsApp if the matter is urgent. Saturday and Sunday are by appointment.

Is this really free, with no obligation?

Yes. We earn our commission only if you choose to take out a policy with Sanitas through us. The call, the advice, the quote — all free, whether or not you sign up.

Do I need to be in Spain already?

No. We regularly help people still in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the EU who are preparing to move. You can set up a Sanitas policy before your NIE arrives and before you land.

What if my Spanish isn't great?

That's exactly why we exist. Every advisor on our team speaks English natively. Explanations, paperwork, policy documents, claims support — all in English.

Can I request a call in Spanish instead?

Yes — mention "Spanish please" in the notes and we'll match you with a native Spanish advisor. We also support French, Portuguese and German on request.

Will I be added to a marketing list?

No. One callback, one follow-up email with your quote, and that's it. We don't run drip campaigns or hand data to anyone else. Read our privacy policy.
