Who is this for?
Spanish employers offering private medical cover as a staff benefit, and international companies insuring employees, executives or a relocated team in Spain. If you are self-employed rather than an employer, see our autónomo health insurance guidance instead.
How many people do we need to set up group cover?
It depends on the arrangement. Send your approximate headcount in the enquiry and we will confirm what is available for your team and locations. Smaller teams and larger companies are both welcome.
Do our employees still get public healthcare?
Employees who pay into Spanish Social Security generally have access to the public system. Private cover is arranged alongside it for faster specialist access, private hospitals, convenience and as an employee benefit — it is a service on top, not a replacement for their public entitlement.
Do you need employee medical information now?
No. This first enquiry only asks for business details so we can scope options and prepare a quotation. Anything else is handled later, securely, as part of setting up cover.
Can you help a company relocating staff to Spain?
