Dental Premium includes 73 services (vs 55 for Milenium) and uniquely covers children's tooth fillings at no charge. If you have children or expect to use dental services regularly, the broader coverage can deliver excellent value. For adults mainly seeking Milenium clinic technology, the Milenium plan at €12.20/month may be more cost-effective.
What are the year 2 loyalty discounts?
From your second year of Dental Premium, you receive: 10% discount on implants, orthodontics, and whitening treatments; and 5% discount on endodontics (root canals) and periodontics. These are applied on top of the already discounted Sanitas network prices — meaning you pay below the already reduced rate.
Does Dental Premium cover implants?
The implant study and planning is included for free. The implant placement itself (osseointegrated implant) costs €780 per unit at Sanitas network prices — compared to €2,000+ at standard clinics. From year 2, a further 10% discount applies, bringing the cost down to €702 per implant.
Does Dental Premium cover orthodontics?
The initial consultation, orthodontic X-ray study, and first adjustment of all brace types are included. Full orthodontic treatment (Invisalign, metal braces, ceramic braces) is available at discounted Sanitas prices — for example, Invisalign Comprehensive for both arches costs €5,150 vs standard market rates of €6,000–8,000.
Can I switch from my current dental insurance to Dental Premium?
Yes. Dental Premium has no waiting periods and covers all pre-existing dental conditions from day one. You can transfer from any other insurer and begin using your coverage immediately, without any exclusion period for existing dental work or conditions.
How many people can I include on one policy?
A single policy can include up to 12 insured members, with flat-rate family pricing available for between 3 and 6 members. Children under 6 pay no monthly premium when added to a parent's policy.
